The selection Firefox has been impressive prior to defeat over further last time out. The penultimate run saw him dispose of Ballyburn in great style from the front, and that style of racing often lends itself well to the Supreme Novices Hurdle. There is no guarantee Ballyburn will end up going to the Supreme over the Baring Bingham.
Taken all things into account Firefox looks an out and out two-miler at a good pace over hurdles, I’m willing to forgive him his recent defeat at Naas.
